do the work
One record, from the call to the invoice.
Create, assign and track every job with standardised checklists and the full service history attached to it.
what it does
What Workorder Management does
The work order is the spine of the whole platform. Every other module reads from it or writes to it.
It carries the site, the asset, the history of what has been done there before, the checklists this job type requires, and what was recorded on the day.
Because it is one record rather than a chain of copies, nothing has to be reconciled between the field and the office.
- Create, assign and track every job in one place
- Standardised checklists per job type
- Full service history attached to the job
- The same record the invoice is raised from
how it works
Four steps, and none of them are magic.
-
raise
The job arrives with its context attached
From a call, a contract schedule, a customer portal or a technician on site. The site, the asset and its history are on the order before anyone is assigned.
-
assign
It goes to someone who can legitimately do it
Skill and certification checked, parts confirmed, contract clock started where an agreement applies.
-
execute
The technician works to a defined method
Forms, checklists and sign-offs required for this job type. Photos, readings and parts used are captured as the work happens rather than written up afterwards.
-
close
It closes with evidence
What was found, what was done, what it consumed, who signed. That record is what the invoice, the audit and the next visit all read from.
data and integration
What it reads, what it writes, what it sits beside.
Nothing here is a separate database. Workorder Management works off the same work order, customer and asset records as everything else, which is the whole reason the modules are worth running together.
reads
Customers, sites, assets, contracts, technician qualifications, parts and stock.
writes
Asset history, stock consumption, billable lines to Invoice & Payments, completion evidence to Customer 360.
alongside
Every other module: the work order is the record the rest of the platform hangs off.
questions we actually get
Before you ask us on the call.
Yes, per job type. A planned inspection and an emergency callout rarely move through the same states.
Yes. Technicians can open, complete and close work with no signal; it syncs when the connection returns, and conflicts are surfaced rather than silently overwritten.
Photos, documents, readings, signatures and forms. Attachments stay with the asset as well as the job, so the next visit inherits them.
Every state change, reassignment and edit is recorded with who and when. In regulated work this is usually the reason the module is bought.
